TROIS PALMIERS is a nice studio ideally located. It is located in the city center just a few meters from the sea. Its balcony offers you a side view of the sea and the palm trees, allowing you to take full advantage of the outdoors.

The apartment has modern furniture and a sober and refined decoration.

You will take advantage of its comfortable and imposing red armchair to relax.
Fully equipped, you can only appreciate its layout, which makes the space friendly and good to live in.

This apartment is located on the 2nd floor with elevator, it has free WIFI and air conditioning.

A few meters from the apartment, you will find a bus stop as well as self-service bicycle stations (Vélo Bleu) allowing you to move around Nice without difficulty.

The SNCF train station is a few minutes' walk away.
Nice Airport is only 15 minutes by car.

The west-facing balcony includes a table and 2 chairs. It will allow you to savor pleasant breakfasts and aperitifs.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a pleasant sofa, an imposing armchair, a flat screen TV, a liftable coffee table (also serving as a dining table), 2 chairs and air conditioning.

It also has a very practical Queen size wardrobe bed and a closet.
There are also closets in the entrance.

KITCHEN:
The large independent kitchen is fully equipped.
It contains: a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine and a washing machine.

BATHROOM :
The bathroom has a nice shower, a towel hanger, a hairdryer and WC.
