This formidable duplex is located on the second floor of an 18th century building built for the local clergy. The building does not have an elevator but the accessibility by the 40 steps of the stairs is very easy.

Just 100 meters from the beach, the Cours Saleya and its famous daily market, the famous Promenade des Anglais, the apartment is also 5 minutes from the tram lines, bus lines and shopping district in Avenue Jean Médecin and Rue de Paradis and its luxurious shops. The train station is a 15-minute away walk or three tram stations to explore the Riviera.
The air-conditioned living room is open with two very wide and high windows on the pretty street and its pastel-coloured facades.

The two bedrooms

How to get to my accommodation in Nice when I arrive
When I arrive at the airport, I can choose to get to your apartment:
1. The tram - The cheapest: Line 2 will depart in front of terminals 1 and 2, serving the entire city Côté Mer, from the airport to the Port of Nice, in 25 minutes. All the stations pass through Fabron, Grosso and Gambetta for the Flower district, Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the musicians, Gold or Masséna districts, the Pin district and finally the Port district.
A connection with Line 1 is made at the JEAN MEDECIN Station.
A connection with Line 3 is made at grand ARENAS Station.
2. Taxis: The most direct: They are present at each terminal 1 - 2. Only 15 minutes to drop you directly at your apartment. There is an official fixed package required to be applied - the baggage fee. Find out more and tell the driver. He can't refuse you. The fare can be payable by credit card.
3. The bus: The shuttle to the airport (bus 98) is both cheap and convenient. It passes every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the center, towards nice Thiers Station.
I chose by train
The cheapest is the tram: To get to Line 1, go out on the left of the station and go down to Thiers Avenue to Jean Médecin Avenue (indicated by signs). Trams run every five minutes and the ticket is low cost. Line 1 serves the center and the two northern districts of Nice.
