Apartment 1 bedroom Cannes

This beautiful air-conditioned apartment completely redone in 2018 in a modern and refined style, is composed of a fully equipped American kitchen overlooking the hills of Cannes California. It opens onto the space of a tastefully decorated living room with a terrace with sea view and has a convertible sofa bed offering a comfortable sleeping for 2 people. The bedroom also enjoys a view of the bay of Cannes, it is equipped with a queen size bed for 2 people. The bathroom is designed with modern walk-in shower.
Ideally located in a quiet residence close to all amenities, this holiday apartment will be for you the opportunity to discover Cannes, famous for its International Film Festival and its animations throughout the year (concerts, shows, fires 'artifice…). You can bask on its sunny beaches, walk in the footsteps of the biggest stars by browsing the Croisette and the Chemin des Etoiles, walk in the Suquet, the Rue d'Antibes and the Forville Market, or make a getaway on the Lérins Islands to discover their wonderful landscapes and their rich history. In the vicinity of Cannes you can also cross the hinterland and discover all the charms of the Côte d'Azur (St Paul de Vence, Grasse, Nice ...) accessible in about twenty minutes by transport.

- Cleaning after departure: depending of the type of the apartment.
- Tax of stay: 0.75€ / adult person / day
- A deposit is required for the rent and can be done by check or "print-credit card". The amount is not taken, it stays in standby until you leave and goes back to you once the apartment is checked.
Any paiement has to be done in "Euro" (€). Any other foreign money can not be accepted.
The money had to be resolved before access by tenant to housing. Failure to pay will result in suspension of access to the dwelling.
Please also notice that the major part of our apartment are rented without linnen (bed sheets, towels, bath towels, tea towels,...). You have the possibility to bring your own (we give you bed sizes) or you can rent some. Please call for more information, we work with a society which rent "pack" of linnen, prices depends of how long you stay.
The apartments that we propose to you are located in privates residences not in "holidays residences". Those residences are submit to some regulations like the respect of people living here all the year. Please respect the rules of living-well.
