Nice studio, 25m2, equipped well, clean, in city center, every close relation of the Port of Nice, quiet, 1st building stages, in the district Riquier / Arson. It consists of a stay with sofa bed, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, machine linen and washes dishes, microphone wave, kettle), room of shower, television set flat, WiFi screen.

On request, organization of your transfers airport / station up to the apartment, with discount(delivery) of keys and check in by the driver(chauffeur) ( subsidized(government-regulated) Price lists(Rates)).
Arrived after 16 hours. Departures before 11 am.
500€ pledge in cash, check or credit card to be put back(to be handed) upon your arrival and restored to your departure.

The arrivals / departures between 8 pm and 8 am are increased by 50€.
