Located in the residential area of Cap de Nice, a 155 square meters in size and is fully air conditioned. It enjoys a panoramic view on the one hand on the Baie des Anges, on the other hand on Cap Ferrat and the Bay of Villefranche sur mer.

Villa on 3 levels:
