Most ? a superb 150 m2 terrace on the roof with sea view!

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, one bedroom with a king size bed (200cm) with WC and its adjoining bathroom, a second bedroom with a Queen size bed (160cm) with shower room and WC, the third bedroom has a double bed (140cm). A large living / dining room and an equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace equipped with dining area.
It also has 1 garage for 1 car.

A 13 minute walk (1km) is a small casino supermarket, a bakery and cafe / restaurant (La pignata). Also 100m from the apartment is a very good local restaurant and pizzeria "chez Cane", with a fantastic terrace and excellent friendly service (and a dog "Marcus" which the children love). The bus passes regularly (especially at La Pignata)
