Located slightly back from the very quiet street, this apartment offers a soft and relaxed environment in which to withdraw can only be pleasure. Filled with natural light and complete with its terraces and private garden, large swimming pool, sauna, hammam, two bedrooms, it is a comfortable and elegant choice for your holidays in the pure Belle Epoque spirit of the Côte d ' Azure.
This apartment is located at the end of your private lush garden, accessible by passing your swimming pool by the staircase of a few steps.
The Liberation / Valrose district is THE TRENDY DISTRICT of Nice. It is the paradise of the most beautiful daily market in Nice accessible only a few minutes’ walk from your home, shopping and sunny terraces; you can literally stroll in this beautiful district with Belle Epoque houses, a green area, and so easily accessible by car, tram or bus.
After a day of sightseeing or shopping, you can dine by your swimming pool, after having grilled the fruit of your morning market on your barbecue, or go to one of the many restaurants in the Place Charles de Gaulle area. In the morning, enjoy your breakfast under the palm trees bordering the garden pool.
The area is well served by tram lines to go directly to the Promenade des Anglais or to the pedestrian streets, buses and trains that can take you out of Nice to explore the surrounding area.
STAY
The living space is in two places. The indoor dining room has a table that can comfortably seat four people, and a comfortable bench seat. You will immediately be seduced by its green walls, its armchair and its clever reading lamp.
The outdoor dining room is set under the arbor shaded by vines, by the pool. It is equipped with a large table and chairs.
The lounge / relaxation area is outside, with its large sun loungers and parasol.
The small modern kitchenette has been subtly fitted out to integrate discreetly into the living space in glass storage.
Decorated with a mirror, there is a fridge-freezer, a hob, a microwave oven. Outside you will find a BBQ barbecue ideal for preparing your ribs.
GARDEN
What could be more fabulous than having your own large private garden! Adorned with various species (banana, palm, lemon, etc.), the place is ideal for relaxation in the shade of large trees, a book and a cocktail, lying on the deckchairs.
The environment exclusively fitted out with villas cannot accommodate noisy and / or festive moments.
BEDROOMS
Both bedrooms, like the rest of the apartment, overlook the garden, and each have a fan system.
The bedroom is equipped with a large double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps on each side, a storage space.
The second bedroom has 2 full size single beds (120 wide each) with bedside tables and a reading lamp.
BATHROOM
The bathroom is an extraordinarily equipped room. In fact, in addition to the classic elements (basin, walk-in shower) you will find:

• A green mosaic sauna
For your convenience, the WCs are separate.
LAUNDRY
A real spacious space equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, a work table, an iron and ironing board.
POOL and BEACH
The pool has a size of 8m X 4m. The depth is 1.50m. It is equipped with an AQUASENSOR alarm security system.
It will be up to the occupants to take all the necessary precautions for the use of these facilities, in particular if they are staying with young children whom they will need to supervise.
As the immediate suburban environment is particularly calm, the pool area cannot be used for Pool Parties, festive events, and / or noisy and / or musical nights.
