The beautiful rue Alphonse Karr is one of the main shopping streets with great shops, an endless choice of bars and restaurants. Two supermarkets are all close to your . A bakery, a wine cellar, a florist and a tram stop are nearby.

You can get to the station on foot in 5 minutes, while going in another direction it takes 10 minutes to get to the beach, the Promenade or the old town.
When you enter this apartment you will be amazed by the light flooding the living room through the large patio doors leading to the terrace. The unbleached walls are decorated with colorful art posters.
There is a 3-seater sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, a bookcase, numerous soft-light lamps, a television, and Wi-Fi.
Next to the living room you will find a table where 4 people can sit.

Adjoining the living room and open, the kitchen benefits from the same light.
