The FLEURS TERRACE is a pretty studio on a high floor with a large terrace and a few steps from the Promenade des Anglais
You will appreciate its quiet location while being close to the Carré d'Or, as well as its beautiful terrace that will allow you to enjoy the sun in the afternoon.
The apartment is on the 8th floor with elevator, and has a free wifi internet connection.
Located in the district of Flowers, you will be close to shops, and a few minutes walk from the Carré d'Or, with its shops, restaurants, the beaches of the Promenade des Anglais.
A few meters from the apartment you will find a bus stop that will allow you to move easily and quickly throughout Nice.

Large terrace of more than 20m² equipped with a dining table for 4 people, and 2 sun loungers.
LIVING ROOM:
Equipped with a new and comfortable sofa bed for two people and a TV with international channels.
Dining table for 2 people, and storage cabinet.

Independent kitchen with a fridge, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker.
BATHROOM :
Bathroom equipped with a bath, toilet and a hairdryer

Upon request, we can offer you a parking within a 10min walk from your apartment (with extra charge and upon availability)
