Located a short walk from Rossetti Square, MARCHE 3 is in Nice center. To the south, it's 3 minutes from the beach, the Promenade des Anglais. To the west, it's a 5-minute walk from the Port. The station is a 15-minute walk away, and the tram is also very accessible; the nearest station is "CATHEDRALE / CITY VIEILLE.

The living room is bright and spacious, opened to the kitchen. It has a three-seater sofa, a nice table with two chairs in its dining area, a wardrobe with TV, a large lamp in the corner and a small side table.
