Located on the Promenade des Anglais, all you have to do is cross the Promenade to reach the beach.
You will be a few steps away from the main attractions of Nice: join the Old Town to taste La Socca which is the specialty of Nice, Place Masséna, La Coulée Verte, Jean Médecin and its shops, the pedestrian area and its many restaurants

Nearby you will find a bus stop, making traveling in Nice easy. In addition, Jean Médecin and the tram line are right next door. The train station, a few minutes walk, remains the best way to discover the surrounding cities. Parking Palais de la Méditerranée nearby.

SWIMMING POOL AND CLUB HOUSE:
A Club House on the top floor of the building is available all year round. It offers you a beautiful terrace with a panoramic sea view.
A swimming pool is also present on the roof of the building (open from May 1st to October 15 (opening dates are subject to change depending on weather conditions)). It is accessible to all residents of the building.
