Villa ROC FONTAINE is a charming Provencal country house of 225 square meters fully air-conditioned with its garden, swimming pool and parking. It is located in a quiet area in Roquefort-les-Pins and is
fully equipped for 10 people. Air conditioning in 3 bedrooms, fan in the living room and in the downstairs bedroom.
It consists of a beautiful fully equipped American kitchen opening onto a large living room with dining area, a living-dining room, 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have a Queen size bed (160 cm) each and 2 double beds ( 140cm) for the fourth bedroom. A beautiful bathroom with shower and another with bathtub and 2 toilets.
It is surrounded by a large landscaped garden of 2700 square meters, not overlooked although not isolated but quiet, for a relaxing holiday! The garden has many terraces, a fountain, a beautiful mosaic swimming pool, all with a dining area, lounge area, parasols, and gas barbecue.
There are two parking spaces and wifi internet.
The villa is located 10 minutes from the center of Roquefort les Pins and 20-30 minutes from the beaches of Villeneuve Loubet and Antibes!
