The terrace has two separate areas to sit and enjoy. The in front of the room where are arranged 4 chairs and a coffee table, the second in front of the living room where 2 chairs are waiting for you to enjoy a nice aperitif.

There is a bus stop nearby, allowing you to easily get around Nice and its surroundings. The shuttle to the airport transfer is nearby.
The city offers many self-service bicycles (blue bicycles), allowing you to drive easily in the city center.
A station is 300 meters from your apartment.
