Welcome to this cozy, air-conditioned T1 apartment in the heart of Juan les Pins, a 3-minute walk from the train station. This apartment features a bright living room, separate kitchen with hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee machine and washing machine. The bathroom has a shower, electric towel dryer and hairdryer. The toilet is separate for added convenience. You'll also find a sleeping area in the living room on the mezzanine with a 140cm-wide bed. You'll also find an ironing set and ironing board. The apartment is equipped with an internet connection. This apartment is ideal for enjoying the summer festivities and the beach, with local shops within easy walking distance. Nice Cote d'Azur airport is 22 kilometers away by car, and Cannes and its famous Palais des Festivals are 9 kilometers away.
For your convenience, the establishment provides you with towels and bed linen at no additional cost. The reservation of this accommodation is strictly intended for family use. By making this reservation, you commit to not organizing any festivities. It is important to note that the reservation of this accommodation is prohibited for individuals under the age of 23.
To ensure a smooth check-in experience, all check-ins must be scheduled by appointment between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Late arrivals are possible until 11:00 PM for an additional fee through the booking platform, subject to approval by our services. No arrivals can take place after 11:00 PM. Additionally, check-ins must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
As for check-outs, they are also conducted by appointment between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Early departures are possible from 6:00 AM for an additional fee through the booking platform, subject to approval by our services. No departures can occur before 6:00 AM. Arrivals are allowed on an exceptional basis only between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM on December 24th and January 31st. However, no arrivals or departures will be carried out on December 25th and January 1st.
As a professional agency with an API connection to our Channel manager and partner booking platforms (, Booking, etc.), a pre-authorization of €500 is required through our partner Swikly. It will be canceled seven days after your departure.
If this pre-authorization is not completed 24 hours before arrival, it constitutes a breach of the above-mentioned conditions on your part. In such a case, we reserve the right to contact the platform to request the cancellation of your reservation. No refunds will be possible in this scenario
