Completely renovated and newly equipped, this magnificent two-room apartment can accommodate 4 travelers and is composed as follows:
- A living room with a sofa bed for two people, a dining table, a flat screen television
- A fully equipped American kitchen open to the living room
- A bedroom with a double bed
- A shower room with a toilet
- A 30m2 garden level with dining table and barbecue
The apartment is dual-aspect, air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi internet.
In a new and secure residence, you will have access to the residence's swimming pool (secure) as well as an underground parking space, a real luxury in the heart of Juan les Pins
The entire accommodation is at your disposal.
I live in Antibes, so I'm always available to help and advise you. I'll meet you downstairs at the building to give you the keys and provide information about the apartment.
I also offer private concierge services such as luggage storage, housekeeping, and organizing tourist activities. Please feel free to contact me for more information.
Right in the heart of the city, you can do everything on foot and even go to the tip of the famous Cap d'Antibes where you will find private beaches as well as nature reserves.
You're in a lively yet peaceful neighborhood. In summer, you can browse the shops, which open later in the evening so you can enjoy them after dinner. There are also private beaches with restaurants just steps from the apartment.
To get to the apartment:
- You can take the train and stop at the Juan les Pins SNCF train station which is a 5-minute walk away.
- You can take the car and take the Antibes exit on the A8 motorway which is 20 minutes from the accommodation.
- If you are coming from the airport, the apartment is a 20-30 minute drive away.
The apartment is located on the ground floor.
Linens and bath towels are included in your reservation. Toiletries are also provided to each guest (shampoo, shower gel, and soap).
Housekeeping is also included in the rental price. However, you will need to take out the trash and wash your dishes before your departure.
Pets are not allowed.
