Our 2-room apartment is close to everything and is ideally located on a quiet little pedestrian street in Old Antibes.

This apartment is composed of:
- Secure entrance to the building with digital code in a pedestrian street
- 1 bright, renovated living room with a convertible sofa bed for 2 people (140 cm)
- 1 private room with double bed (140 cm) for two people, quiet view overlooking a pretty pedestrian street
- fully equipped: television, convertible air conditioning, WIFI, storage, ironing board and iron
- 1 bathroom: shower, toilet, sink, storage, hair dryer, washing machine
- 1 fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, kettle)
- 1 dining table for 4 people in the living room
Guests have access to the entire venue and receive a set of keys upon check-in.
I work in Antibes, just a few meters from the square, so I can always stop by to resolve any issues. Otherwise, I'm available by text, WhatsApp, or phone throughout your stay.

The apartment is ideally located in Old Antibes. You'll be in the tourist district of Antibes. It's the place to be. You'll find everything that makes this city special. Small flower-lined streets to explore, numerous small shops, museums, ice cream parlors, restaurants, a Provençal market, a night market, artists, large terraces perfect for a drink, the port, the beach, etc.

Nice Airport (stop near the apartment BUS N° 200, stop "PLACE DE GAULLE - ANTIBES"
Linens are provided upon arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.
If you would like cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to arrange a quote for this additional service.
Pool/beach towels are not included.
The accommodation does not have soap, washing machine products (dishwasher/washing machine), or coffee.
