This apartment is located in old Antibes, just a few steps from the sea and the ramparts.
This two-room apartment of approximately 36m² is composed of:

- a living room area with a convertible sofa (140x200)
- a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer, storage
- a bedroom with a double bed (140x200) with storage

In the heart of Old Antibes, a somewhat unique neighborhood is hidden near the covered market and the Promenade de l'Amiral de Grasse: the free commune of Safranier. This neighborhood, made up of just a few narrow streets, is independent of the commune of Antibes and has its own mayor! Made up of village houses, restored according to the rules of the art, it exudes calm and tranquility.
For the uninitiated, the Safranier free commune is not easy to find. From Antibes Town Hall, walk up Cours Masséna, passing under the covered market, then turn right onto Rue de la Pompe. Immediately on your left is Rue du Bas Castelet, one of the entry points to the Safranier neighborhood.
Rue du Bas Castelet, about a hundred meters in length, climbs gently with a slight step to reach Rue du Haut Castelet. This is undoubtedly one of the most flowery neighborhoods in Antibes.
The Safranier district is very popular and very little accommodation is available, especially for vacationers.
Antibes SNCF train station is 1 km from the apartment, a 14-minute walk.

Linens and bath towels are included in your reservation. Toiletries are also provided to each guest (shampoo, shower gel, and soap).
This apartment is located on a pedestrian street and not accessible by car.
Located on the 3rd floor of the building without elevator (Apartment Hotel type building).
Linens are provided upon arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.
If you would like cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to arrange a quote for this additional service.
Pool/beach towels are not included.
The accommodation does not have soap, washing machine products (dishwasher/washing machine), or coffee.
