Beautiful apartment in a secure, luxury residence. Located 300 meters from Ponteil Beach and 500 meters from Salis Beach, this apartment offers an unbeatable location for a successful vacation in the fabulous Ilette district of Antibes.
This apartment offers ideal amenities for your stay, with a large private underground parking space and an elevator. The apartment features a terrace. Air conditioning is available in the living room and both bedrooms.
This two-bedroom apartment located on the ground floor consists of:
- Spacious living room with a sofa, TV and dining table opening onto a beautiful 12m2 terrace not overlooked.
- 2 bedrooms each with a double bed (sleeps 4).
- a bathroom with bathtub and toilet and a second shower room with shower cabin and toilet.
- Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room: hotplates, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine
Guests have access to the entire apartment.

I live in Cannes and work in Antibes. I am therefore in the area and available by phone or text (SMS/Whatsapp).

This apartment is located in the famous Antibes neighborhood called "l'Ilette." Known for its fine sandy beaches and superb seaside atmosphere, Ponteil Beach and Salis Beach are the last beaches in Antibes before entering Cap d'Antibes. It's one of the most famous beaches in Antibes and attracts many vacationers in the summer.
This beach is directly adjacent to the road. Families with children will therefore prefer Ponteil Beach (200 meters away), which is better protected.
Beautiful views of Cap d'Antibes, the old town, and the small fishing port of La Salis. All shops are nearby: bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, and tobacconist's are 100 meters from the apartment.
To get to this beach from Antibes city center, take Avenue Albert 1er, then at sea level turn right towards Cap d'Antibes. The beach is located just before Cap d'Antibes (be careful to always keep left while following the seafront).

Nice Airport (a bus takes you near the apartment)
We offer luxury services, sheets and shower towels are included in the rental price.
Housekeeping is also included in the rental price. Dishes must be cleaned and trash disposed of.
Linens are provided upon arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.
If you would like cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to arrange a quote for this additional service.
Pool/beach towels are not included.
The accommodation does not have soap, washing machine products (dishwasher/washing machine), or coffee.
