Exceptional 3-bedroom apartment of 103 m2 located on the top floor of a modern building. This spacious apartment boasts superb features such as sea views, 3 bedrooms, 2 terraces, 1 roof terrace, 2 bathrooms, 2 parking spaces, 1 swimming pool in the building.
This apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and is close to all amenities.

This apartment is a quality accommodation thanks to its great features and is composed as follows:
- Living room with a sofa and 2 armchairs, TV, coffee table + AC
- Dining area in the living room for 6 people with access to an 11m2 terrace with an outdoor table and a beautiful sea view.
- Fully equipped open kitchen with hob, microwave, dishwasher, oven, filter coffee maker, espresso machine, large refrigerator, wine cellar
- The bedroom has 2 single beds, storage, AC, access to a second terrace with sea view (approximately 10m2)
- Bathroom adjoining the bedroom (open) with a large shower and sink
- Bedroom two has two single beds, storage, a fan
- The third bedroom has two single beds, storage, a fan
- The second bathroom has a bathtub, double sink and toilet

This beautiful 3-bedroom apartment is located in the Fontonne district of Antibes, about a 5-minute drive from the pedestrianized Old Town of Antibes. It offers a very residential and secure setting, yet is close to the beach and amenities.
Housekeeping is included in the reservation. However, dishes must be washed before departure and the trash must be removed.
There is also a set of sheets per bed upon arrival. All beds will be made up as single beds, as all rooms have two single beds each. However, if you would like the single beds made up as double beds, please inquire with the agency.
If you would like new linens and/or cleaning during your stay, please contact the agency to obtain a quote for these additional services.
Parties / Smoking / Pets are prohibited.
The pool is not heated.
Linens are provided upon arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.
If you would like cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to arrange a quote for this additional service.
Pool/beach towels are not included.
The accommodation does not have soap, washing machine products (dishwasher/washing machine), or coffee.
