The kitchen and living room both open onto a 9 m2 balcony offering an unobstructed view of the sea, Boulevard Albert 1er and the palm trees along the seafront.

There is no parking space attached to this apartment.
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
The agency is located a few minutes' walk from the apartment and its staff will be there throughout your stay to provide you with assistance and advice on local addresses if you wish!
Someone will contact you a few days before your arrival to confirm your check-in time. The apartment will also be prepared for the number of people indicated on the reservation. Please notify the agency a few days before your arrival if you need sheets for the sofa.
If you would like to arrive with a more flexible check-in, you can pick up your keys from a key safe located in our agency just a few minutes away. Please confirm this option with the agency at least one day in advance :)
Check-out is until 10:00 AM. If you would like to check out later, please ask the agency for availability. We will do our best to be flexible!
This 2-bedroom apartment is located on the famous Avenue Albert Ier in Antibes, where you can enjoy the local market on Thursday mornings. On this avenue, you'll find shops, restaurants, and supermarkets just minutes away, as well as the beach!
The pedestrianized old town of Antibes is also a few streets away where you will find shops, bars, restaurants and tourist activities.
Please check online where you can park as Q Park offers options with a membership card for a few days and their prices vary depending on the dates.
This apartment is located in a building with a small elevator for up to 3 people. There are 3 steps in the entrance hall to access the elevator.
There is air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room.
Parties / Pets / Smoking are prohibited.
Lost keys will be deducted from the deposit.
Linens are provided upon arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.

Pool/beach towels are not included.
