This magnificent 90 m2 apartment is located in a secure residence with elevator and offers you all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay, whether for a business or family visit.
Featuring centralized air conditioning, internet, 2 terraces, a parking space, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a swimming pool in the residence, this accommodation is ideal!

This 3-room apartment is composed as follows:
- Entrance with storage
- Cellar with washing machine
- Living room with TV and dining area
- Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room
- Spacious terrace of 35 m2 on the living room side with outdoor garden furniture and view of the residence's swimming pool
Then a corridor to access the sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1 with double bed, storage and desk + access to the terrace on the living room side
- Bathroom 1 with bathtub, WC and double sink
- Bedroom 2 with sofa bed, desk + access to the second 20 m2 terrace with its outdoor table
- Bathroom 2 adjoining bedroom 2 with shower, double sink, WC
The apartment has a parking space (for city-sized vehicles, please contact us if you have a large vehicle to confirm if it can go into the residence's underground parking), centralized air conditioning, centralized heating, internet.
Tenants will have access to the entire apartment. Only one room will be closed off for the owners' belongings.
Guests will be in direct contact with our agency. Guests should contact the agency at least two days before their arrival to arrange a check-in time. As we are not a hotel, we do not have a reception desk, so it is important for the agency to have a scheduled meeting time to welcome guests and hand over the keys.
Throughout their stay, they will be able to contact the agency to ensure that their vacation goes smoothly!
Check-out time is 10:00 AM. You must confirm your check-out time with the agency no later than the day before so that someone can pick up the keys. If you wish to check out before or after 10:00 AM, please contact the agency to see if this is possible.
The area is ideal for a family vacation. This corner of Antibes offers residents a quiet, secure residential setting while providing direct access to the city center and the old town of Antibes.
Several shops are located near the accommodation, such as a butcher, baker, supermarket, hairdresser, nail bar, restaurants, Antibes train station, bus station, etc.
Bus stop 200 from Nice Airport is just a ten-minute walk from the apartment.
The train station is also located a ten-minute walk from the apartment, or 700 meters.
By car, take the A8 motorway and exit at the Antibes exit then follow the signs for Antibes City Centre.

A set of bed linens will be provided per room upon arrival. Bed linen changes are an additional charge; please contact the agency for a quote.
End-of-stay cleaning is included in your reservation. You'll still need to remember to do the dishes and take out the trash before returning the keys. If you'd like cleaning during your stay, please contact the agency for a quote.
The pool is open from 9am to 9pm every day during the summer season. The pool is not heated.
The building has an underground parking garage with one parking space for your apartment. The parking garage is accessible by a city car. If you have a large vehicle, please send the dimensions of your vehicle to the agency to see if it will fit in the building.
Linens are provided upon arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.
If you would like cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to arrange a quote for this additional service.
Pool/beach towels are not included.
The accommodation does not have soap, washing machine products (dishwasher/washing machine), or coffee.
Pets are not allowed. The accommodation is strictly non-smoking. Quiet hours are between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
