This beautiful studio in Juan-les-Pins is ideal for a stay for two, whether for a seaside holiday or a business trip.
Located on the 5th floor without elevator in a secure building with a caretaker, it can comfortably accommodate up to 2 travelers.
Its location is a real asset, just a few steps from the beach, the pine forest and the train station.
The living space transforms into a pleasant sleeping area thanks to a convertible sofa with a slatted base and a 160x200 mattress, offering comfortable sleeping for two people.
Bed linen and towels are provided at an additional cost.
You will benefit from a functional bathroom as well as a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and Nespresso coffee machine, ideal for your gourmet moments.
The accommodation also has Wi-Fi, air conditioning which is much appreciated in the summer season and a washing machine, which is very convenient for extended stays.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
