Enjoy this bright 29 m² studio apartment, ideal for two people, located on the floor, with direct access to a beautiful terrace.

With a surface area of 29 m², this rental comprises :

- a terrace with table and chairs,
- a spacious living area with a comfortable sofa bed (140 cm) and dining area,
- a separate, fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- bathroom with shower and WC,
- vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, iron, clothes hangers,
- TV, Wi-Fi, ceiling fans,
- books, radiators, central heating, smoke detector.

No private parking is available.

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is not allowed.
