ALBERT 1ER is a very nice apartment with 2 bedrooms. It is located in the hyper center, a few steps from the sea and the pedestrian zone. It benefits from a superb view on the Albert 1er garden and a side view on the Mediterranean sea horizon.

The decoration is modern. The white of the furniture is enhanced by the bright orange and neon lights on some walls. The geometric patterned cushions, industrial shelves and Scandinavian chairs bring a design touch in vogue.

Please note that the Park Hotel and the road are currently undergoing renovation work. The apartment is equipped with double glazing. However, to compensate for possible nuisances, the price of the apartment has been adapted.
