Magnificent apartment with a breathtaking view of the big blue, from Nice to Cap d'Antibes. Immediately, you will be attracted by the large terrace which is in itself a breathtaking balcony on the sea. In all seasons, you will experience the large open bay windows. You will relax with a book in your hand, nonchalant, and sip your cocktail while admiring the landscape. The large living room is completely open to the horizon, embellished with elegant and harmonious furniture. An ideal place to spend a wonderful stay on the Côte d'Azur. Come with your vehicle; covered parking is available. And the ultimate pleasure will be to relax by the swimming pool of this splendid luxury residence.
This unique apartment is located on the 6th and last floor, accessible of course by elevator.
The Lanterne district enjoys a tremendous reputation for its reputation as a district with luxury residences, in lush greenery, and incredible views of Nice and the entire region. All this without ever being far from everything. A very regular bus will take you directly to a metro station, to direct you directly to the airport or in all other directions, downtown obviously too.
