A unique apartment with terrace & private parking. The dream life in the very last residence meeting the strictest environmental criteria. The park, the vegetation, the space, a neat comfort. Top quality furniture and fittings, obviously air-conditioned, and a large quiet terrace overlooking the park.
The apartment is on the 6th and last floor of a prestigious building accessible with an elevator.
Overlooking the park, this is one of the quietest apartments to be found in Nice. An incredible view of the hills.

Right next to the Gorbella tennis courts, at the foot of the tramway which will take you in a few minutes to the heart of Nice and to the Promenade des Anglais, Jean Médecin, the airport, this apartment is located near beautiful addresses in Nice and from Nice Ville main train station.

The living room is bathed in light, thanks to its openings onto the large terrace and the park, and its double exposure. The living space has such a comfortable sofa matched with a padded armchair and a coffee table.
Under the 42" television is a large console with Wi-Fi access including international channels

Terrace
Finally a real terrace worthy of its name. A large square-shaped space, spacious enough to accommodate two outdoor sofas and a good-sized table for dining. The unobstructed view of the hills and the Parc du Ray will attract you to spend most of the time of your stay there.

The large kitchen is open to the living room with its central island. The equipment is exceptionally complete, with a dishwasher for all utensils, crockery, four-ring electric hob with extractor fan, a microwave, a coffee machine and an electric oven. There is a large fridge freezer.
The washing machine and dryer are in a separate utility room.
With the sunshine in Nice, most meals will take place on the terrace, open to the kitchen and the living room.

Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a double bed and a headboard with reading lamps with a large window. The dressing room is generous to receive your clothes.

The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and its comfortable dressing room, which is ideal for a family. There is room for a cot if you need it.

The large bathroom is fully tiled with a walk-in shower and a vanity unit with a large back-lit mirror
