COZY BARLA is a beautiful one bedroom apartment.
It has an ideal location in the port area which offers lively streets with many shops and restaurants.

The apartment has a modern decoration. The white walls accentuate the brightness already present in the rooms. The furniture and the herringbone parquet floor bring warmth for a cosy atmosphere.
You will appreciate the room configured like a hotel suite with its private bathroom.

Heating : Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
