PANTAI is a nice apartment with one bedroom. It is located in the city center, 4 minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais and its many beaches.

The decoration is classic. The herringbone parquet floor, the posters of Nice and the decorative objects bring a cozy atmosphere.
You will be seduced by the south-facing balcony where you can enjoy a glass of rosé while appreciating the view.

The apartment is on the 2nd and last floor without elevator.

Heating: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
