The true pleasure of a flat, renovated and furnished with taste in the heart of such an authentic area which is the Old Nice. In an old and historic building, you will appreciate the mix of modern style, combined with the stucco of the old and the carefully chosen furniture.
FLOOR/BUILDING
The flat is located on the 5rd floor of a typical Nice building with no lift, yet so easy to reach. This small building conceals a Nice treasure: Near of the Place Garibladi.
DISTRICT
The flat is located on an quiet street, just 100 meters from the beach and the Promenade des Anglais. From there, it's less than a 20 minutes’ walk to the train station, and a short tram ride to the airport.
For variety, this fabulous area is home to an incredible choice of excellent food breaks, magical boutiques, and unlikely galleries and artisans. Take a stroll along the waterfront, browse the hidden shops just a little further away, or enjoy a breakfast of pastries from the bakery right next door to your flat.
LIVING ROOM
Two windows open this room to the street. Beautifully chosen furniture, high ceilings and a glass roof overlooking the tasting area. Happiness!
From the living room, you can access the other rooms in the flat.
You will be able to enjoy a television with access to foreign channels, and Wifi.
A comfortable sofa and a coffee table provide a pleasant place to spend a quiet evening.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is very modern, open to the living room. It comes with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. There is a fridge with a real freezer for your Fennochio ice cream, a 2-ring induction hob to cook your pasta from Baralle, a microwave to cook your chicken from Boucherie de la Tour or to heat your tea water, a Nespresso coffee machine, a washing and dry machine, and all the utensils.
If you wish to have your meals at home, there is a small table with two chairs.

A bedroom will welcome you at the end of the day. The quality bed is flanked by two bedside tables with adjustable reading lamps. There is also a dressing room.
