This beautiful air-conditioned and recently renovated apartment consists of a large living room and its duplex bedroom, both overlooking a quiet street, ideal for an intrusive stay in life in Nice, a few steps from the Rossetti Cathedral and the place of the same name, Cours Saleya and its market, and the Promenade des Anglais with its 6 kilometer beach.

YOUR NEIGHBOURHOOD
Duplex de Mary is in the heart of the Vieille Ville district, the largest pedestrian zone in Nice, with charming boutiques, cafes and restaurants. The famous Promenade des Anglais is just a 1-minute walk away, as is the very large main square of Nice, Place Masséna, the heart of Nice, and a nerve center for exploring this magnificent city.

STAY
How not to fall under the spell of this delicious air-conditioned place. The 2-seater sofa and its armchairs will welcome you to relax while discovering a good book, or observing the world on your tablet. The tiled floor guarantees it a crazy charm.

KITCHEN
The modern and perfectly equipped kitchen. It has four hotplates, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, washing machine. There is also a wide range of kitchen utensils. The round table near the window for four people will allow you to enjoy your daily meals there. But a multitude of restaurants very close to you will welcome you to taste a wide range of world cuisine.
BEDROOM
The bedroom located upstairs, deliciously decorated with great care, is fitted out in the attic with a large double bed, two bedside tables with lamps and a dressing room. The bedroom is lit by a double-glazed roof window with blackout blinds.
You will sleep there in peace and cool.

BATHROOM
The bathroom is new and fully tiled. It has a walk-in shower, a sink with furniture and a large mirror.

How to get to my accommodation in Nice upon arrival

I chose to arrive by air

When you arrive at the airport, you have a wide choice of transport to get to your apartment:

The tram – The cheapest: Line 2 will leave in front of terminals 1 & 2, serving the entire city on the Seaside, from the airport to the Port of Nice, in 25 minutes. All stations pass through Fabron, Grosso & Gambetta for the Flowers district, Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musicians, Or or Masséna districts, the Pin district and finally the Port district.
A connection with line 1 is made at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.
A connection with line 3 is at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.

The bus: The airport shuttle (bus 98) is both cheap and convenient. It runs every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the center, towards Nice Thiers train station.

I chose to arrive by train
The tram – The cheapest: To go to line n°1, exit on the left of the station and go down towards avenue Thiers as far as avenue Jean Médecin (this is indicated by signage). Trams run every five minutes and the ticket has a low cost. Line 1 serves the center and the two northern districts of Nice.
A connection with line 3 is at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.
A connection with Line 2 (Airport/Port) is at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.

Taxis: The most direct: They are present at each terminal 1 & 2. 15 minutes will be enough for you to take you directly to your apartment. There is no fixed package. The driver must activate his meter before leaving the station. You will only have to pay the rate displayed on arrival + the baggage rate. Find out carefully and tell the driver; he cannot refuse it to you. Normally the cost is payable by credit card.
Don't forget to have the full address ready to give to the driver.

I chose to arrive by car

There is always public parking near your place of residence. The price is:

• Weekly
• Monthly

It may turn out to be more interesting to pay for a week rather than per day for stays of more than 4 days, and so on. Check the price list at the entrance to the car park or go to the security post as soon as you are parked there.
