PROMENADE ROYAL LUXEMBOURG is a beautiful, spacious 36m² studio apartment with a terrace and side sea views. It is ideally located on the Promenade des Anglais in the Carré D'Or area of the city centre. The studio is located in the highly sought-after Royal Luxembourg building, which is the only one in the city centre to boast a rooftop swimming pool.

The swimming pool on the roof of the building will allow you to take a dip or bask in the sun while admiring the breathtaking view of the sea.

The flat comprises a beautiful living room with a sitting area, a sleeping area and a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, all opening onto the terrace from which you can enjoy the side sea views.
The bathroom has a large shower and separate toilet. There is also a storage cupboard and washing machine.

The flat benefits from air conditioning provided by the building. It cools the flat comfortably but is not as strong as individual air conditioning system.

SWIMMING POOL AND CLUB HOUSE:

A Club House on the top floor of the building is available all year round. It offers you a beautiful terrace with a panoramic sea view.
There is also a swimming pool on the roof of the building (open from May 1 to October 15 (opening dates are subject to change depending on weather conditions. Hours : 6:00 am to 10 pm)). It is accessible to all residents of the building.
