This charming studio 22 m² apartment can accommodate up to two people. Exposed wood ceiling beams add a “typically Niçian” element and make it the ideal place for a simple and comfortable stay. Located just a few steps from the “Carré d’Or”, it offers the comfort and convenience of one of the most lovely and animated neighbourhoods of the city. The main living area contains a large bed for two guests. The corner lounge is arranged of two armchairs, of their low table, Television, Internet connection (wireless connection), DVD player and a large choice of Movie DVD, book and CD player for your enjoyment. The functional open kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for simple meals, including refrigerator, cooking surfaces, microwave oven and coffee and tea maker. There is also a table in the living area with its two chairs.The design bathroom features a shower and sink. Just 5 minutes from the Beach and the Promenade des Anglais, get set to experience the energy and diversity of the Niçian social scene.
