Very close from the Promenade des Anglais and at the heart of the pedestrian area, you are at the best place to discover Nice ! You will be just nearby the the beach and all the shops. A lot of bars and restaurants will seduce you all around the flat. You will also be able to go to the Place Masséna or to the Old City in 5 min, and it will just take you 20 min by walk to reach the Fine-Arts Museum.

- 25 min by transport from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport and 15 min by car
