LAVINIA is an attractive 1 bedroom apartment located in the city center of Nice.

Of romantic standing the apartment is very nice, it is decorated with typical elements related to the sea and the southern region, and it will seduce you with its charm.
Pretty moldings on the walls give a certain cachet to this lodging.

It is the ideal apartment for a romantic or professional stay.

You are housed in a Niçois building in the city center, just 2 minutes walk from the sea and the Promenade des Anglais.
