LILAS BUFFA is a nice one bedroom apartment on the 4th and last floor. Its location in the Carré D'Or in the city center, just steps from the sea is ideal.
The apartment has a modern decoration. The lilac tone of the walls as well as the parquet wood give a nice and warm atmosphere.
You will appreciate the location of the apartment, next to the famous Negresco hotel and the Promenade des Anglais. Fully equipped, you will appreciate its layout, which makes the space friendly and good to live.
With the smart TV in the living-room you can access your Netflix account in addition to international channels available.
The apartment is on the 4th and top floor. It has an elevator access. The living-room has air-conditioning.

LILAS BUFFA has an ideal location in the Carré D'Or, a few steps from the Promenade des Anglais and its beaches. Heating : Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
