The BELA VISTA is a charming one bedroom apartment ideally located in the city center close to the beaches.
Stay in a welcoming and comfortable apartment but also well maintained, it was completely repainted in February 2019.
You will enjoy a large space and you will enjoy a quiet street despite a location in the city center.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, it is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and a free WIFI connection.
Ideally located in the Golden Square of Nice you will be close to the shopping street of France.
You will find the Promenade des Anglais and its beaches within a 2-minute walk, the pedestrian zone and its many restaurants is just next door and Place Masséna just 10 minutes walk.
You are a short walk from the Palais de la Méditerranée car park and the airport shuttle bus stop.
Nice Train Station is a 10-minute walk away.

The bright living room is composed of a comfortable corner sofa, a dining table, a coffee table, a television, a column speaker and air conditioning.
KITCHEN:
The open kitchen with a nice alcove is fully equipped with a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The bathroom has a nice bathtub with shower, a towel holder, a hairdryer and WC.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a mirror and a desk.
Heating: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
