Large furnished Superior studio with an int of sea view with large balcony and A/C, located close to the Beach and the Promenade des Anglais and within walking distance from establishments in the trendy district.

FLOOR/BUILDING / NEIGHBOURHOOD : Located on the 3th floor of a modern building with lift, this large studio is bright open in a large balcony, without vis-à-vis and offers a pleasant view of the old buildings in the neighborhood.

LIVING-ROOM/ BEDROOMS : The main room is organized around two comode poltrone, a sleeping area with a large Hight comfortable double bed for sleeping on 2 people, and a dining area with a very beautiful glass table. There is also a high speed internet connection such as ADSL.

KITCHEN : The kitchen is open to the main room. It is fully equipped to help you prepare and share meals: micro oven, dish-machine, wash machine, hob, toaster and refrigerator/freezer.

BATHROOM : The bathroom has a large bath at your disposal for your comfort.
