Tucked back from the main streets of the vibrant Old Town, yet with everything just a stone's throw away, here you get the best of both worlds. The apartment features parquet flooring and exposed beams, and a lot of attention has been paid to every last detail, so that guests will feel extremely comfortable here.
Floor/Building
On floor 1 and of a typical Niҫois building. There is no lift in the building, to reach the apartment you go up five flights of stairs (25 steps) which are well maintained.
Neighbourhood
Located just at 50 meters of the beach, the apartment is on one of the quieter streets in the Old Town.
Walk one street down from the apartment and you will find restaurants, bars and cafes galore. The Cours Saleya fruit, vegetable and flower market is a five minute walk away, and the Promenade des Anglais and beach are two minutes beyond that.
To reach Place Massena and the beginning of the main shopping district takes 10 minutes on foot, and the Nice Ville train station is either a few stops on the tram or a 20 minute walk.
Living Area
This enchanting living room which catches the afternoon sun.
Stretch out on the sofa, equipped with Wi-Fi, a TV with some different langages channels, we think guests will be tempted to spend more time than they expected in this apartment.
Kitchen
The kitchen is open to the living room
Well-equipped with a fridge, separate freezer, microwave, this kitchen is a pleasure to cook in, and the chef will be able to chat away to those in the living area.
Bedrooms
Close the shutters, and let yourself gently drift off to sleep in the bed. The bedroom has been decorated with relaxation in mind, and has two bedside tables with reading lamps and plenty of hanging space in the fitted wardrobe just outside.
For those balmy summer evenings, guests will appreciate the air-conditioning mobile which has been fitted in here.
We are afraid you will struggle to put a baby cot in the bedroom, although the living room has ample space.
Bathroom
The bathroom consists of a shower, with glass screen, a wash-basin and mirror over. The Water closed are separed.
