MARGARITA is a chic 2 bedroom apartment located near the famous Negresco Hotel, a few seconds walk from the beaches of the Promenade des Anglais.

This very comfortable apartment offers quality furniture, beautiful chandeliers and moldings on the ceiling which gives it a certain cachet.

You will appreciate its 4 beds including a Queen size as well as its vintage style sofas.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with elevator, it benefits from a free WIFI connection (fiber optic) and air conditioning in all rooms.
With Smart TV you can access your Netflix account in addition to hundreds of channels available.

You will be located in the city center, on the rue de France in a dynamic neighborhood at 5 minutes walk to the Alsace-Lorraine tramway station.
