Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac, it offers a calm, discreet, and privileged setting while remaining just moments from the city’s lively atmosphere.
🚪 From the moment you enter, the apartment impresses with its functional, well-designed layout. A wooden wardrobe with mirror is perfect for getting ready before heading out. The three-point security entrance door ensures peace of mind throughout your stay.
A centralized control system allows easy management of the electric roller shutters, adding everyday comfort and convenience.
A large storage closet is provided for shoes, luggage, and personal belongings, while a technical closet includes a vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, and maintenance equipment.
🛋️ The living room, warm and elegant, immediately invites relaxation. A green-toned sofa blends harmoniously into the space and faces a large Smart TV (120 cm).

## Access
🛗 Located on the 6th and top floor of the building, the apartment is accessible by elevator up to a half-landing, followed by a few steps to reach the front door. Stairs are, of course, also available for those who prefer them.

Just 30 seconds on foot, you can reach Place Garibaldi, Place du Pin, and the Nice East / Nice North tramway.
Within 1 to 2 minutes’ walk, the direct tram line to the airport (Garibaldi – Château line) allows easy and convenient access to the airport.
The neighborhood offers a dynamic and pleasant atmosphere, with local food shops, quality restaurants, trendy addresses, and lively bars.
A district that is both local and touristic, highly appreciated for its unique vibe.
🥣 Just a few minutes away, discover Gare du Sud and its Mediterraneo concept, dedicated to Mediterranean culture and gastronomy, along with a modern cinema. Nearby as well, Marché des Docks de la Riviera immerses you in a friendly atmosphere centered around local products.

🕠 Check-in is between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM by appointment, allowing us to welcome you personally and hand over the keys. For arrivals after 9:00 PM, a time slot must be arranged in advance and additional fees may apply.
