STUDIO ROYAL LUXEMBOURG is a beautiful spacious studio which benefits from a furnished balcony with a magic lateral sea view. It has a dream location on the Promenade des Anglais in the Carré D’Or (Gold Square) in the city center. The studio is located in the popular and high standing Royal Luxembourg building.
The studio has a sober and elegant decoration. The white walls and the marble floor give a sleek appearance and accentuate the already omnipresent luminosity in the apartment. The few black pieces of furniture underline the lines with refinement.
The swimming pool on the roof of the building will allow you to take a dip or sunbathe while admiring the breathtaking view of the sea.
Thanks to the studio TV, you will be able to access your Netflix account in addition to the hundreds of channels available.
The balcony will allow you to have lunch or drink a glass of rosé while admiring the horizon of the Mediterranean Sea.
STUDIO ROYAL LUXEMBOURG is on the 5th floor. It is accessible by lift.

STUDIO ROYAL LUXEMBOURG has an ideal location in the Carré D’Or, in the city center. It is in a lively area with a multitude of shops (bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets ...)

- The Promenade des Anglais and its beaches
- Jean Médecin shopping avenue
- The "Coulée Verte" (garden in the middle of the city)

The bathroom is fitted with a beautiful walk-in shower, a washbasin with mirror, a heated towel rail and a hairdryer.

SWIMMING POOL AND CLUB HOUSE:
A Club House on the top floor of the building is available all year round. It offers you a beautiful terrace with a panoramic sea view.
There is also a swimming pool on the roof of the building (open from May 1 to October 15 (opening dates are subject to change depending on weather conditions. Hours : 6:00 am to 10 pm)). It is accessible to all residents of the building.
Heating/Cooling: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
