PROVENCAL DUPLEX is a nice, air-conditioned duplex apartment with one bedroom. It is on the top floor. It has an ideal location in the Carré D’Or (Golden Square) of Nice in the city center, a few steps from the Promenade des Anglais and the famous pedestrian zone. The apartment is near the prestigious Negresco, one of the most famous hotels in the world.
The apartment has a traditional French decoration. The honey color of the large wall, the wicker seats and the flowers and birds patterns of the linen will plunge you into the heart of Provence on a summer day. The numerous warm-light lamps breathe a cocooning atmosphere for cozy nights.
The queen size bed with its soft and thick 25cm mattress will be your ideal companion for rejuvenating nights after hours of walking in the streets of Nice.

A tram station is 8 minutes walk from the apartment. You can move easily throughout Nice.
The SNCF train station is also a few minutes' walk away.
Nice Airport is just 15 minutes by car.

The kitchen is open to the living room. It is equipped with a washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, ceramic hob and toaster.
The dining area includes a dining table and 2 chairs.
BEDROOM :
The bedroom is accessible by a staircase from the living room. It has a queen size double bed with a thick and comfortable 25cm mattress. There is also a large wardrobe with sliding mirrored doors, 2 chairs and 1 bedside table.
PRIVATE BATHROOM:
The bathroom is accessible from the bedroom. It is equipped with a shower, a washbasin with mirror, a towel rack and a hairdryer.
INDEPENDENT TOILETS:
The room has a toilet and a sink with mirror.
