FRANCOIS VIEUX NICE is a beautiful crossing apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 balconies. It is located in the heart of the old town, set back from the street.
You will be on a dynamic street where soap stores are next to local Niçois caterers and the best restaurants in Nice.
The Promenade des Anglais with its many beaches is a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

The apartment has a sober and elegant decoration. The white walls and floor give a sleek appearance and accentuate the brightness of the apartment.
Fully equipped, you can only appreciate its layout, which makes the space friendly and good to live

You will appreciate the two bedrooms which have balconies.
