MARIA BEACH is a nice apartment completely renovated. It has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a sleeping area with a double bed, separated from the living room by a room divider. It has an ideal location in the Carré D'Or (Golden Square) in the city center 1 minute walk from the sea and 2 minutes walk from the famous pedestrian zone. It is located in the same neighborhood as one of the most famous hotels in the world : Le Negresco.
The south-facing balcony will allow you to have a glass of rosé and snacks in peace.

The apartment has modern decor. The white walls and furniture give a sleek and airy style. The herringbone parquet floor, the large curtains and the decorative cushions give a cozy atmosphere.

The 3 beds of the apartment, with soft and thick mattresses of minimum 25 cm will be your ideal companions for rejuvenating nights after hours of walking in the streets of Nice.
