The apartment is bright and comfortable with the main advantage of its large terrace of 30m2 facing East. You will enjoy pleasant breakfasts or lunches in the sun.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor with elevator, it has a free WIFI connection (Fiber optic) as well as air conditioning.
You will be located in the city center. In a few minutes on foot you will reach the Promenade des Anglais and its beaches, Place Masséna, Old Nice where you can discover all the local specialties.
The Jean Médecin tram stop is just a 3-minute walk away.

The beautiful terrace includes a dining table, a coffee table and two armchairs, two deckchairs as well as a pleasant lounge area equipped with an outdoor sofa, an armchair and a coffee table.
LIVING ROOM :
The living room has a "Rapido" double sofa bed, a flat screen TV, a storage cupboard, a safe, a dining table and air conditioning.
KITCHEN:
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a small freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
There is also a washing machine.
BATHROOM :
The bathroom has a shower, a hairdryer, a towel hanger and a toilet.
