Saint Laurent du Var by the sea, superb 2-room apartment completely renovated, the beach is located just opposite with no road to cross. Restaurants and Cap 3000 shopping center 2 steps from the building. Very nicely laid out crossing south/north, 45 m², 1st floor, south-facing balcony of 5m², incredibly bright. Superb air-conditioned living room opening onto the balcony with sea view equipped with table and chairs, double sofa bed, flat screen satellite TV, dining area. Independent kitchen fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, hob, mosquito net. Large bedroom with double bed 180 (2 mattresses 90) and large storage, mosquito net. Beautiful shower room with wc. Collective free parking in the residence. Electric shutters except kitchen, exterior awning on the balcony side, WIFI. Air conditioning in the living room. Do not smoke inside the apartment Do not make noise after 10 p.m. Respect the neighborhood Pets are prohibited
