Very nicely ordered, 35 m ², 1st floor, balcony due south, of an incredible luminosity. Bedroom with double bed in 140 and air-conditioning, kitchen equipped with dish washer, dishes, hobs, oven, micro waves, refrigerator / freezer. Beautiful shower with washing machine and toilets.
Collective free parking in the residence.
