Residence located at 400m from the beach, near the port of Marina Baie des Anges, the Hippodrome of Cagnes sur Mer, the ballade at the edges of the Loup (river) etc...
Close to all amenities, restaurants, supermarket (Géant Casino), pharmacy etc...

You can do everything on foot.
Flat with internet WIFI, air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms: queen size bed 160x200 and twin bed 2x90x200 hotel quality, equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, sofa bed in 160 in the living room ...

Beautiful terrace of 19m² where you can relax in the outdoor living room or have a meal using the plancha there.
Your car will be in the secure basement car park and you will reach the flat directly by the lift.
