Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the balcony. Sep. WC.

On the lower ground floor: alcove with panoramic window with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 1 room with 1 double bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 1 room with 1 double bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), bath/WC, with corner bath and TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool.
