This beautiful house in Nice is ideal for a stay with family or friends. With its 240 m², it can accommodate up to 10 guests in an exceptional setting offering views of the sea and mountains. You will enjoy a games room, a pétanque court, a gym, a private swimming pool, and parking for several cars, ensuring a relaxing and convivial stay.
For sleeping arrangements, the house has several comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed (180x200 cm). Three other bedrooms each have a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), ideal for ensuring a restful sleep for every guest. The living room also converts into a sleeping area thanks to a sofa bed (140x200 cm), perfect for accommodating additional guests. Linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The house has three bathrooms, offering comfort and convenience for groups. You'll have a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine. A washing machine and dryer are also available, as well as an iron and a hairdryer. The accommodation includes Wi-Fi and air conditioning, a real plus for summer days. Pets are not allowed.
Outside, you will appreciate the various spaces designed to take advantage of the region's pleasant climate: a terrace, a garden and a barbecue for sharing convivial moments outdoors.
The private pool, open from June to October, will allow you to refresh yourself and fully enjoy sunny days in complete tranquility.
